- Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting support@truindia.com.
- Service Cancellation: For services booked via TruIndia.com, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund; late cancellations may incur a fee.
- Acknowledgment: A cancellation confirmation email will be sent to you once your request has been processed.
